How it works
A starting and ending date is chosen for the fundraising campaign. During the campaign, customers can purchase the product online via a customized online store.
A product pickup date needs to be designated for the customer.
How will people know
We recommend that you send out an email blast and marketing flyers explaining the purpose of your fundraiser.
Pasquale’s neighborhood pizzeria will help promote your fundraiser via our social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, and our website.
How will the orders be Placed?
Customers can visit a customized online store for your organization, check out products, and make the purchase all online! All orders are tracked and online, receipts are emailed to the customer making the process worry-free.
How to arrange for pick up
Once the ending date of your fundraising has arrived, we will need to set up a pick-up date.
Who is responsible for handing out the orders:
You can choose to have a service pre-package all orders, or you and your team can pack the orders to save money.
Fundraising Payment Details:
Once all purchases have been completed and the pickup date is set, a meeting will be set to review the total number of orders, the total money collected. A 20% check will then be issued for the net amount earned during the campaign.
