Chef Pasquale Presa is a Culinary Institute of America graduate with experience ranging from Hyatt Regency Kauai to Westin Boston. He has cooked for gatherings of 2 to 2,000 guests and brings the same care to every table—whether it’s a pizza lunch or a full Italian dinner.
